After leaving the BBC, I worked as a Producer in ITV's Lifestyle department before joining Sony Europe's Film and Television department as Creative Manager.

I hold a master's degree in Educational Enquiry and Professional Learning and a Senior Higher Education Authority (HEA) fellowship. My research areas are the production industries with a focus on EDI practices and sustainability and the use of reflection and communities of Practice for training entry-level Production management staff.
